Made to Order & Print on Demand

All our products are made to order and printed on demand to ensure the highest quality for each customer. Please allow 5-7 working days for t-shirts and 10-14 working days for jerseys to be produced before your order is shipped. We appreciate your patience as we craft your custom items with care.

DISCLAIMER: Cancelation and address modification requests for orders placed on Friday-Sunday will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on our site as specified on your order confirmation.

MYR 10 - MYR 20 Depends on the weight of goods. (Poslaju)

South East Asia
MYR 60 - MYR 150 Depends on the weight of goods. (FedEx International / Poslaju)

Rest of the World
MYR 110 - MYR 300 Depends on the weight of goods. (FedEx International/Poslaju)

RETURN POLICY

  • You have up to 7 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on koyaclothing.com.
  • Orders must be returned by mail only.
  • Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and fragrances cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy.
  • Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once your return is delivered allow 3-5 business days for inspection.
  • After inspection allow 24-48 hours for your refund to be processed.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for KOYA products not purchased from koyaclothing.com.

 

DISCLAIMER

Frequent returns or unusual patterns/activities will be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests. Please review our TERMS OF USE.

Returns we receive that do not use the provided return shipment label will be refused. Any alterations to the label will not be accepted.

 

EXCHANGES

Koyaclothing.com does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the product for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
